Anti-DAZL Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DAZL, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 186-295 of human DAZL (NP_001342.2), and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is of the IgG isotype, with a stated molecular weight of 33 kDa, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) at a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. Immunofluorescence (IF) is also listed among the tested applications.

Reactivity has been confirmed against Human and Mouse samples. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
