Anti-DARS2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DARS2 and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, with concentration specified per lot.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 406-645 of human DARS2 (NP_060592.2). Affinity purification yields a product with a noted molecular weight of 74 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Five scientific validation images accompany the product.
