Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DARS, supplied unconjugated and formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol [S1]. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) [S1].
Validated for WB and IHC, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is of the IgG isotype [S1][S2]. It detects endogenous levels of DARS protein and was raised against recombinant full length Human DARS, with the target protein having a molecular weight of ~ 57 kDa [S1].
