Anti-DARS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DARS. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is reported as lot specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 222–501 of human DARS (NP_001340.2), and the target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 57 kDa. The reagent has been affinity-purified. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and IP: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
