Anti-DARPP-32 (phospho-T75) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against DARPP-32 (phospho-T75), supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2 and a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human DARPP-32 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 75, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of DARPP-32 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr75. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa.
