Anti-DARPP-32 (phospho-T34) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DARPP-32 phosphorylated at Threonine 34. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human DARPP-32 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 34, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of DARPP-32 only when phosphorylated at Thr34.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa.
