Anti-DARPP-32 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against DARPP-32 (Dopamine- and cAMP-regulated neuronal phosphoprotein, 32 kDa), a key regulator of dopaminergic signalling widely studied in neuroscience and neuropharmacology research. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the human DARPP-32 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site at threonine 75, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the target protein. Supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and is recommended for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA applications. It has been validated on human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies in cell and tissue lysates. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
