Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DARC, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to residues in human DARC, and it detects endogenous levels of the DARC protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. SDS-PAGE analysis indicates a purity greater than 95%, with the target DARC protein migrating at approximately 36 kDa.
