Anti-DAPP1 (E135) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a polyclonal antibody targeting DAPP1 (E135). It is unconjugated and is raised in a rabbit host. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with validated applications in WB and IHC.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to amino acids 102–150 of Human DAPP1, with stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and detects endogenous levels of DAPP1 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 32 kDa.
