Anti-DAPK3 (Ab-265) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against DAPK3 (Death-associated protein kinase 3, also known as ZIP-kinase), recognising an epitope surrounding the threonine 265 phosphorylation site (R-M-T(p)-I-A) of the human protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 50 µl per vial at a concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. It is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total DAPK3, with recommended working dilutions of roughly 1:500–1:3000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. Vials are shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
