Anti-DAPK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against death-associated protein kinase 1 (DAPK1) and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human DAPK1 around the non-phosphorylation site of S308, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of DAPK1 in human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and it is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
