Anti-DAPK1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises DAPK1, also referred to as DAP Kinase 1, and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid. It is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples, with one scientific validation image available.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1230–1430 of human DAP Kinase 1 (NP_004929.2), and the target migrates at 160 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Vials are shipped at 4 °C; on arrival they should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
