Anti-DAP13 Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent targets DAP13, a small hydrophobic subunit of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex III, also known as ubiquinol-cytochrome c oxidoreductase complex subunit Q (UQCRQ). Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl volume, the antiserum supports detection of the endogenous human protein in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.

DAP13 anchors complex III within the inner mitochondrial membrane and contributes to electron transfer from ubiquinol to cytochrome c. With reactivity toward the human target, the antibody is suited to studies of mitochondrial bioenergetics, oxidative phosphorylation, and respiratory chain assembly, including investigations of complex III deficiency and related mitochondrial disease research.

Each vial is supplied at 100 µl and is intended for research use only. Researchers typically pair the unconjugated reagent with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies for signal development.
