Anti-DAP Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against DAP, the death-associated protein. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen was recombinant full-length human DAP, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent reacts with human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with two scientific validation images available. The antibody detects endogenous levels of DAP protein, and the target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 11 kDa. Reported subcellular localisation includes the nucleoplasm, vesicles, and mitochondria.
