Anti-DAP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DAP, available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–102 of human DAP (NP_004385.1), with the target protein reported at 17 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:20–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
