Anti-DAP-5 (N65) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DAP-5 (N65) and is supplied unconjugated. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 35–80 of human DAP-5 as the immunogen, and detects endogenous levels of DAP-5 protein. The reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
