Anti-DAO Antibody

This Antibodies.com reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human DAO (D-amino-acid oxidase) and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the immunogen. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG polyclonal is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and detects endogenous levels of total DAO protein in human, mouse and rat samples. Each 50 µL vial is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
