Anti-DAG1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting DAG1, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 776–895 of human DAG1 (NP_004384.4). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 43 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, ICC/IF 1:20–1:100, and IP 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
