Anti-DACT3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against DACT3 and supplied unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–160 of human DACT3 (NP_659493.2). The reagent is affinity-purified, presented in liquid form with an expected molecular weight of 75 kDa, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot.
