Anti-DACH1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com, specific to the DACH1 target. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 450–570 of human DACH1 (NP_542937.2). The target has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
