Anti-Dab1 (Q226) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Dab1 and supplied by Antibodies.com targets the Q226 epitope. The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 201-250 of Human Dab1 and detects endogenous levels of Dab1 protein.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry (IF/ICC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of Dab1 is approximately 60 kDa.
