Anti-DAB1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to DAB1 from Antibodies.com, supplied unconjugated as an IgG isotype. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 133–250 of human DAB1 (NP_066566.3) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 57 kDa / 59 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
