Anti-DAAM2 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit against the DAAM2 target and is provided as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–86 of human DAAM2 (NP_056160.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 123 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is affinity purified.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
