Description
A mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cytomegalovirus ICP22 (CMV-ICP22). The unconjugated reagent is purified and of the IgG1, kappa isotype, with specificity directed against the ICP22 protein [C0, S1]. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunofluorescence assays (IFA, ICC/IF) [C0, S1].
Formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.4, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. For short-term storage of less than 2 weeks, it should be kept at 4°C, while long-term storage requires aliquoting and freezing at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
