This unconjugated Mouse monoclonal IgG1(k) antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes glycoprotein B (gB), the major envelope protein of human cytomegalovirus encoded by the UL55 open reading frame. Purified by Protein G chromatography and supplied at 500 µg, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence assay (IFA) workflows on infected cell lysates and tissue preparations.
