Anti-Cytomegalovirus (CMV-gB) Antibody

This Mouse monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets glycoprotein B (gB), the major envelope protein of human cytomegalovirus (CMV). The gB antigen mediates viral membrane fusion and host cell entry, making it a primary marker for tracking CMV infection in cell-based systems.

Supplied as a Protein G purified, unconjugated IgG2b (kappa) preparation in a 500 µg vial, the antibody is validated for immunofluorescence assay (IFA) on fixed CMV-infected cell monolayers and virus-infected tissue sections.
