Description
This mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Cytomegalovirus (CMV-gB). It is a purified monoclonal antibody of the IgG1, kappa isotype, supplied in an unconjugated format and validated for ELISA, WB, and IFA applications. Specificity is directed at the gB protein.
The reagent is formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.4, with a stated purity of greater than 95%. It is shipped at 4°C. For short-term storage (< 2 weeks), keep at 4°C; for long-term storage, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
