Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cytokeratin 84, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot applications and detects endogenous levels of the Cytokeratin 84 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.
The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Cytokeratin 84 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the target migrates at an apparent molecular weight of ~65 kDa, and the antibody is of the IgG isotype.
