Anti-Cytokeratin 7 (L451) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com is raised against Cytokeratin 7 and is supplied in unconjugated form. Designated as the Cytokeratin 7 (L451) reagent, it uses an immunogen consisting of a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 411–460 of Human Cytokeratin 7, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of Cytokeratin 7 protein. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The molecular weight of the Cytokeratin 7 target is approximately 51 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
