Anti-Cytokeratin 7 Antibody [R17-S] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-30152)

This rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cytokeratin 7 and is supplied as a liquid preparation in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. Clone R17-S is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. It is reactive with human samples and has been validated for immunohistochemistry applications on paraffin-embedded sections (IHC-P) and frozen sections (IHC-Fr), with a recommended working dilution of 1:100-1:200. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human cytokeratin 7, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Ala22 and Ser38. The product should be stored at 4°C.
