Anti-Cytokeratin 19 Antibody [E16-L] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-79073)

A rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against cytokeratin 19, supplied by Antibodies.com and designated clone E16-L. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is provided in an unconjugated, liquid formulation. It is reactive with human samples and is validated for use in immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P) and on frozen tissue sections (IHC-Fr).

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human cytokeratin 19, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between residues Gly386 and Val399. It is formulated in Tris-buffered saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and is recommended for storage at 4°C. The suggested working dilution range for IHC applications is 1:100 to 1:200.
