Anti-Cytokeratin 19 Antibody [E10-S]

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone E10-S) is raised against Cytokeratin 19 and supplied as a liquid in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human cytokeratin 19, and the antibody specifically recognises the epitope located between His390 and Ser397.

The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, reacting with human samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), with a recommended ICC dilution range of 1:100–1:300. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
