Anti-Cytokeratin 19 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Cytokeratin 19 (KRT19), a type I intermediate filament protein widely used as an epithelial marker in cancer and developmental biology research. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at approximately 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is provided unconjugated to allow flexible labelling for downstream detection. Polyclonal reactivity across Human, Mouse and Rat samples has been validated in Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, with an estimated purity of greater than 95%, making it suitable for routine detection of cytokeratin 19 in cell lysates, tissue sections and cultured cells.
