Anti-Cytokeratin 18 (T410) Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against a phosphorylated threonine 410 (T410) epitope of cytokeratin 18, a type I intermediate filament protein broadly expressed in simple epithelia and widely used as a marker for hepatocytes and epithelial-derived tumors. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence across human, mouse, and rat samples.
