Anti-Cytokeratin 18 Antibody [D10-D]

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, clone [D10-D], raised against Cytokeratin 18 and supplied in an unconjugated format for flexible assay design. The reagent is provided as a liquid formulation in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is validated for Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Immunocytochemistry (ICC) workflows.

The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human samples. It was generated using a peptide immunogen derived from the C-terminal sequence of human cytokeratin 18, and its specificity is directed to an epitope located between Gly416 and Lys426. For ICC applications, a recommended dilution range of 1:100–1:400 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
