A primary antibody from Antibodies.com targeting Cytokeratin 17, offered as a rabbit monoclonal (clone V21-R) of the IgG isotype in an unconjugated, liquid format. The reagent is reactive with human samples and is validated for IHC-P and IHC-Fr applications.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human cytokeratin 17, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Glu414 and Thr431. It is supplied in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C. The recommended working dilution for IHC is 1:100–1:200.
