Anti-Cytokeratin 17 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cytokeratin 17. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications.

The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human Cytokeratin 17, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of endogenous Cytokeratin 17 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.

The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
