Anti-Cytokeratin 16 Antibody [R20-S] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-79070)

A rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone R20-S) raised against Cytokeratin 16, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is provided unconjugated in liquid form.

The target is human cytokeratin 16. According to the manufacturer's data, the immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human cytokeratin 16, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Gln454 and Gln471. Reactivity is reported for human samples.

Validated applications include IHC-P and IHC-Fr, with recommended IHC dilutions of 1:100–1:200. The product is formulated in Tris-buffered saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and should be stored at 4°C.
