Anti-Cytokeratin 15 (T12) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Cytokeratin 15. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human Cytokeratin 15, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Cytokeratin 15 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
