Anti-Cytokeratin 14/16 (S5) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human Cytokeratin 14, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of both Cytokeratin 14 and Cytokeratin 16 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa.
