Anti-Cytokeratin 13 (E282) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Cytokeratin 13 (E282). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250-300 of human Cytokeratin 13 and detects endogenous levels of the target protein, which has an expected molecular weight of ~ 50 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
