Anti-Cytokeratin 10 (Y160) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against Cytokeratin 10 (Y160). It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence applications including ICC/IF, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130–180 of Human Cytokeratin 10 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Cytokeratin 10 protein, which runs at approximately 59 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
