Anti-Cytochrome P450 8B1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Cytochrome P450 8B1 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Cytochrome P450 8B1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total Cytochrome P450 8B1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
