Anti-Cytochrome P450 3A7 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cytochrome P450 3A7, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human samples.

Immunisation was performed using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Cytochrome P450 3A7, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the total Cytochrome P450 3A7 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL, the product is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
