Anti-Cytochrome P450 3A4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets an internal peptide of human Cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) and is supplied as an unconjugated, ready-to-use liquid at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 50 µl pack size is intended for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, and the antibody has been validated to detect endogenous levels of total CYP3A4 protein in human and mouse samples. Because the conjugate is unconjugated, the reagent is well suited to standard HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary antibody detection schemes.
