Anti-Cytochrome P450 39A1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the internal region of Cytochrome P450 39A1, a membrane-associated monooxygenase involved in cholesterol metabolism. The unconjugated antiserum is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It has been validated for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and cross-reacts with both human and mouse samples, detecting endogenous levels of total Cytochrome P450 39A1 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the internal sequence of the human target.
