Anti-Cytochrome P450 2E1 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Cytochrome P450 2E1. It is supplied unconjugated, with the immunoglobulin raised in rabbit and the reagent classified as polyclonal.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, and is reactive with human samples. According to the manufacturer, the immunogen was a synthesised peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Cytochrome P450 2E1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total Cytochrome P450 2E1 protein.

The product is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
