Anti-Cytochrome P450 2C8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal peptide of human Cytochrome P450 2C8 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples and is intended to detect endogenous levels of total Cytochrome P450 2C8 protein. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
