Anti-Cytochrome P450 11A1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Cytochrome P450 11A1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, with validated use in Western blot (WB) applications.

It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human Cytochrome P450 11A1 and detects endogenous levels of total Cytochrome P450 11A1 protein. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
