Anti-Cystatin B (N84) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Cystatin B (N84), unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 51–100 of human Cystatin B, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Cystatin B protein.

It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target of approximately 11 kDa.
